All content, assessments, and services provided through the Website are for educational and informational purposes only. Assessment results indicate where opportunities and constraints may exist based on your answers; they are not a diagnosis of your business, a recommendation to purchase any product, or a guarantee of any result. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

07 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, revenue, margin, capacity, business results, or results of any kind. Any examples, case studies, or illustrations are provided for educational purposes only and do not represent typical outcomes. 08 Purchase, Programs, Services and Events

All purchases made through the Website or otherwise are governed by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessments and masterclasses

• Cohort programs and courses

• Live and virtual events

• Advisory and implementation engagements

Advisory and implementation engagements are additionally governed by a separate written services agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

09 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any products, programs, services, or events, except as expressly stated in a written services agreement. You are encouraged to review all available information before completing any purchase.

10 Payment Plans

If you purchase using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and the remaining balance may become immediately due. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first following the dispute resolution process provided at the point of purchase.

11 Events, Recordings, and Media Release

By attending any live or virtual event, you grant Greg Jones permission to record audio, video, and photographs and to use your name, likeness, voice, and image for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes without compensation or approval rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greg Jones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or any products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Greg Jones in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greg Jones from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

15 Governing Law and Juristidiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

16 Limitations on Time to File Claims

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website must be filed within one (1) year of accrual or it is permanently barred.

17 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

18 Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
